Last month, I hosted a challenge on the blog, thanks to an idea I got from Kris, at Eclipsed: Escaping the Shadow of Obesity. We had so much fun with it, that I decided I wanted to do a new challenge every month. I like the idea of pushing myself and trying something new and also trying to keep things interesting with my workout routine so that it doesn’t become, well, routine.
So, I asked everyone on my Facebook page if they had any ideas for an October challenge and several people commented that they needed to work on their, ahem, derriere. So…without further ado…I give you, “The Junk Challenge”. Yes, as in, “the junk in the trunk”.
Every day, on the facebook page, I will post a new exercise, with photo demonstration, designed to target those problematic glutes.
Sound like fun? Wanna join in? Be sure to head over to the Facebook page and click “like” to get the daily updates.
Fit Stanley was helping me out with today’s challenge, flutter kicks. He’s a pretty good motivator.
So what do you say? Come join in the fun and let us know if you’re feeling the burn!
By the way, for those of you who are interested in learning more about Fit Stanley, see this post from his creator, MizFit. Fit Stanley also has his own blog, FitStanley.com, where you can read all about his adventures if you are interested.
